Premiums typically range from $24 per month to $59 per month. The network provides access to about 20,000 family physicians and approximately 5,600 dentists. Members using providers within this PPO network will receive balance billing protection and discounts. Go Blue Florida does not cover hospitalization, therefore, the company suggests that individuals purchase a hospital-surgical plan along with Go Blue. Comprehensive and affordable coverage can be achieved by coupling these two products. While Go Blue health insurance is guaranteed issue, hospital-surgical plans are not, meaning that those with pre-existing conditions may not qualify.
