Healthy Mother, Healthy Baby is a maternity program designed to be used in addition to care provided by members physicians. Expectant mothers are sent a series of mailings that help to educate and prepare parents for the arrival of the baby. Oxford offers prenatal and postnatal care books. Oxford members have exclusive access to the Healthy Mind, Healthy Body magazine that includes articles addressing a variety of health related topics. Such topics include prevention, nutrition, exercise, wellness, family matters, as well as complementary and alternative medicines. Oxford sends the Healthy Mind, Healthy Body magazine to members homes three times a year. Oxford plans include the Freedom Plan, HMO Plan, Liberty Plan, and Select/PPO Plans.
